Perp Calling me from Daniel Cobble's telephone number, (502) 499-5249 pretending to be Daniel Cobble because all night and the next morning I began receiving calls from various numbers, two (2) of the calls were from the Louisville Metro Police Dept. I am sure it was the Louisville Metro Police Dept. The person begin to talk about filing papers, as if he knew what I had just done. The person on the phone identified himself as Daniel Cobble and I picked up my recorder and started recording because I knew he was not Daniel Cobble. When I answered my cell phone, I noticed the call came from Daniel Cobble's telephone number. and my cell phone rang at approximately 9:13 p.m. I arrived home at approximately 9:00 p.m. I filed the papers in the court drop box and went to my appointment in the same building.
